By using Nakcito.shop, you agree not to use the platform for any illegal activities, including selling prohibited goods, engaging in fraudulent transactions, or impersonating other brands.

Nakcito reserves the right to suspend or terminate any storefront that violates our core safety guidelines or brings disrepute to our platform.

2. Subdomain Ownership

When you create a store, you are granted a temporary license to use a yourbrand.nakcito.shopsubdomain. All subdomains remain the property of Nakcito.shop and can be reclaimed at our discretion for platform health.

3. Payments & Fees

Nakcito.shop currently facilitates orders via WhatsApp. We do not process payments directly. All financial transactions between merchants and customers are the internal responsibility of the merchant. Nakcito is not liable for any payment disputes.

4. Limitation of Liability

Nakcito.shop provides the storefront infrastructure "as-is". We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee 100% uptime for individual merchant subdomains.
