Your customers' information (name, phone number, and delivery address) is collected only to facilitate your business orders and is stored securely within your merchant database.

2. How We Use Data

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Nakcito storefront service.
• Notify you about orders and platform updates.
• Facilitate the automatic WhatsApp order redirection for your customers.
• Improve platform performance and security.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All authentication is handled securely via Clerk, and all store databases are hosted on encrypted Supabase instances. We never sell your data to third parties.

4. Merchant Responsibility

As a merchant, you are responsible for the privacy of the data you collect from your customers. Nakcito simply provides the infrastructure to manage these orders.
